He was extremely friendly and explained everything clearly — why this option works and why not the other one. Employees like him are truly valuable, and I really wanted to thank him and leave this review.

- VVvince vinOct 4, 20251.0The lady there gave me a lot of trouble with returning a starter, very rude nasty lady insulting me and calling me a liar in front of customers, it was brand new in the box never used, wrong part for my model, she wanted to test it and didn't know how to test it properly on the machine and says it now smells burnt, she said I "damaged" the gear and it's broken now, not my fault she damaged it, I will never go to this AutoZone ever again with that manager lady there, the worst experience, people like that shouldn't be working there.
