She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you get this level of customer service—really appreciate her help. Highly recommend this location!

  This morning I needed to pick up a few items from the Auto Zone in Rolling Meadows. Antoinette, a sales rep at this location, was outstanding. She helped me find floor mats for my small coupe. To confirm the fit, Antoinette offered to take the mats to my car to see if they would be appropriate for my car and they were perfect. She even used a heavy duty scissor to trim a small area of the mat for me. Antoinette also volunteered to set up a razor scraper for me so I could easily remove a sticker from my windshield. In today's day in age, this level of service is rare. Antoinette went well above and beyond expectations. Thank you, Antoinette. Your service was excellent!
