Then it was not fixed all the way so had to return it for a second estimate, he fixed the problem on that one, then sent my vehicle to god knows who to do detailing, ended up breaking my middle console drawer, refuses to take responsibility or fix it for me, and tells me it was already there, unfortunately, insurance won't fix it and this Tim guy the owner won't fix it. Over $500 worth of damage I'm left with. If you plan on taking your car there take videos of everything before dropping it off. To respond to your post. The strip should have been fixed in the first place as part of the trunk and bumper replacement no gap should have been in the trunk, you got paid through insurance to fix all the issues. If RCC paid for detailing they did a terrible job as the ceiling was not touched, only shined the interior and broke the console drawer. The headlight you offered to fix, if i canceled the appointment i had set up with a different mechanic to fix it and leave the car with you longer to fix the trunk mistake. which the car stayed with you for 6days. As far as bringing the vehicle back to your shop when I called this morning Tim hung up on me. All I could say God is watching. And just like the person who hit me and ran, he got caught you will get your karma for lying about breaking the console. Have a great day.
