  Horrible. Emerald member here... Reserved rental with the National app, called and confirmed before Uber'ing from O'Hare. Got to the desk, no cars. Left high and dry in Rockford Illinois at their little airport. You should not count on this location, even with multiple confirmations.

  BEN TOUSEY WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US WITH OUR RENTAL. HE EXPLAINED THE CAR TO US AND WAS VERY PLEASANT TO TALK TO. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE ENTERPRISE OR NATIONAL AGAIN.

  I rented our vehicle for a family trip to NC on my union website, which directed us to RFD. I have not had good experiences with rentals in the past, so I was a little nervous as to how this would go. Other than finding the rental desk, because we didn't realize it was inside the airport, this turned out to be a very pleasant experience thanks to Stephanie. She was beyond helpful, and very friendly. She took her time, answered all our questions, and made us feel important. Thank you Stephanie for making this a good experience, and a great start to our trip.
