  Kayla is the best employee this establishment has ever hired. She always has the best attitude and it is a joy to see her every time I come get my car washed. Her smile brightens my day, she is a JOY. me and Bartholomew LOVE YOU KAYLA!!!!!

  Just moving to Rockford brought out car here that became real dirty after being transported….we encountered Miss Airiana who greeted us with a smile and then went the extra mile without having to prompt her to take sprayer to the car to get all the extra dirt off!!!! You go girl!!! Greatly appreciated this young lady for her willingness to see what was needed and taken the level of professionalism to EXCELLENCE!!!! Thank you!!

  I swear everytime I come and see Kayla's working I know its gonna be a good time. She's so positive even while its still chilly out. Her personality really lights up the whole shop! Always asks me how I'm doing and even recognizes my car when I pull up now. She makes it feel like its not just a car wash, its a whole experience and vibe with her. If you need more reason to go here I can go on but Kayla is it for me!

  KAYLA was outstanding!!! She made my experience fun because she was so kind, helpful, and just went just went above and beyond with the customer service !! Thank you, Kayla!!!! I’ll be seeing you soon since you sold me the unlimited wash package!! Thanks again!!! PAUL WAS ALSO HELPFUL, Kind, friendly, and answered my questions and took his time and didn’t make me feel rushed!!! Dominque was the manager and she took the time to clean an extra mat for me just to be extra special!!! I am grateful and couldn’t have asked for a kinder manager: THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS SO FRIENDLY AND HAD BEST VIBES!!! KENDRIC, KEVIN, and ANGEL spent so much time wiping my car inside and my car LOOKS INCREDIBLE!!!! Kevin found a thank you card and brought it out to me so it didn’t get lost; that was so thoughtful!! Kendric made sure everything was just right before I left. I was caught off guard bc the ENTIRE STAFF was exceptional, genuinely friendly, and had uplifting attitudes! BEST CAR WAS EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! :) .

  I had an excellent experience at Mister Car Wash on State Street in Rockford. I want to give a special shoutout to Ismael. He is always kind, courteous, and makes sure everything is exactly how it should be before you leave. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customers. That level of attention and professionalism is rare these days, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. Because of him, I’ll keep coming back. A+ service all the way. #JazzieRealtor
