  I wish I could select ZERO stars for a review on this I reserved a Luxury SUV in December of 2025 and arrive to get my rental and they try to give me a clown car compared to a full size SUV. A crossover SUv is not a full size SUV. They didn't have anything and apparently neither did any other location. I called customer service and someone was supposed to contact me immediately. Im still waiting for that so clearly not immediately.

  I wish I could give 0 stars, the customer service was absolutely horrible to the point it felt abused, I literally felt used, unheard, scammed, wasted my money, my time, and a little bit of my mental health. I rented a premium truck from that airport, which they’re decided to give me a standard pickup truck - OK? Whatever, the real issue started when my check engine light was on and I wasn’t in Rockford, I TRIED TO SWITCH IT TO A TRUCK FOR 3 WEEKS with no luck, all they had to say to me is sorry we only have private cars try again next time, I DROVE WITH THA DAMAGED TRUCK FOR 3 WEEKS, unable to reach Rockford airport, unable to book a truck, customer service said yeah just go to the airport they have one, THEY DID NOT, WASTED MY TIME. The airport manager JASON called me ONLY when he needed information, and NEVER when I needed enterprise service regarding that matter, DESPITE him promising me that DROVE A DAMAGED TRUCK FOR 3 WEEKS, WASTED MY TIME FINDING A TRUCK TO SWAP which I don’t understand how is that my job???, AND PAID FOR THE WRONG TRUCK FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS OR SO. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY the employees AND MANAGERS seem to not care at all and they will do nothing for you At this point the manager is not calling me back regarding a refund which he promised as well

  I use Enterprise for my rental car needs when I fly into Rockford Illinois. I usually have the pleasure of working with Stephanie Flanagan, she's amazing! Stephanie is an employee who cares about the customer along with caring about the company she works for. I will continue to use Enterprise due to the amazing customer service she gives me each and every time.
