They took time to go through everything, even though I had told them that I had an aftermarket air filter, had already topped off the windshield wiper fluid, and had a brand new cabin, air filter, and wiper blades, but they still made it a point to check them. As a guy that uses my vehicle and travels for work. I am very particular about who laser hand under the hood of my vehicle. I trust these guys 100% and will return.

Followed THEIR instructions and saw my mechanic who said the leak/hole that valvoline made a big deal about was nothing serious it was not even a leak. Then my mechanic told me I WAS MISSING OVER 2 QUARTS OF OIL. how can I miss 2 quarts in 100miles. So I contacted valvoline who said they were going to investigate and make a claim. IT WAS NEVER DONE. I spoke with the manager and he told me THIS IS A FRANCHISE AND WHAT HE SAY GOES AND THAT WE ARE OUT OF LUCK BECAUSE WE WENT TO THE MECHANIC..... THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME. I called corporate made a report filed a complaint best believe I got a refund to. This facility needs a new manager until then I suggest everyone please check your oil or finds another location.
