  Had my car serviced here in March, employees stole my tires that were warranted. Gerber would not just buy back my same tires and put them on my car so I could leave; they told me they would reimburse me once I paid for new tires but they capped me at $500 when my tires cost me $600. I figured that's better than nothing. I finally got the new tires almost two weeks ago, dropped off the invoice the Gerber, they still haven't paid it. So now instead of being out $100 for stolen tires I'm out $600+. Can't seem to get a direct response from anyone other than "who did you talk to" or "who told you that" and "I'm not sure." It's now Christmas Eve. Incredibly disappointed with how Gerber chose to handle this. They subsidized their own employees stealing from their customer on... the customer they stole from. And now they don't want to just cut the check they owe me. The work they did on my car was bad as well, my body kit was put back on so half-assed that it ended up falling off piece by piece because they didn't put it on the clips correctly and then they bolted it back together in the middle of the part instead of on the inside where anyone could understand its supposed to go. You shouldnt be able to see bolts from the outside! I really have to wonder if these people have graduated elementary school. Will never be bringing my car back again or recommending this place. Aside from the obvious theft, I've had them service my vehicles more than once, and it's always the same stupidity. I thought it was just one person having a bad day but obviously 3x in a row speaks for itself. Places like this make me never want to give someone a second chance, much less a third. However, the cars DO run. So they get 2 stars for that.

  Do not bring your vehicle here. I will never send another vehicle to this place in my life. I have had back to back horrible experiences here. Lesson learned. Update 12-5-25 I purchased the two new tires they were supposed to replace. I called to see when I could stop by for the check. I have left three messages with different people for Lauren but she has not gotten back to me.
