    I have never been so frustrated! I rented a car in March. I booked it on Costco's website. The service was excellent! I returned the car and paid my bill. A month later, I get a letter with a different invoice and it tells me I owe an additional $106. This letter came from Enterprise's collection agency. I contacted them and I got no where. I kept getting the letter's, which then started threatening to put me on a Do not Rent list. One of the people finally understood and told me to go directly through the location I rented from.(I should mention that the information on both invoices have my name, address, the car I rented and the same license number. what changed was instead of $49/day that I agreed to was now $83.30 for three of the days and date of the invoice is now a month later with remittance request to a location in Iowa) I contacted the Rockford Airport by mail. I sent an explanation with my Costco confirmation and the receipt from the Rockford location that I had paid in full. No response. I then stopped at the counter in Rockford after a flight. The gentleman said the computers were down and he would get back to me. Nothing. I have been being harassed for almost 6 months. I called to rent a car the other day and was told I am on the Do Not Rent list. I asked the representative if he could hear me out. (This was at the Madison WI location. He put me on hold and when he came back he told me that somehow something got screwed up in the computer. He was talking to a manager and would get back to me. This was Friday morning. Never heard back. I called Enterprise Customer Service Friday afternoon. The gentleman I spoke to also understood and wrote lots of notes and said someone would call me back tonight (Friday) or tomorrow (Saturday/yesterday) at the latest.I have heard nothing. So......Enterprise billing screwed up and I am on a Do not Rent list. You have not followed through with anything, have caused me over 20 hours of my life trying to rectify this....and I am still no where. Isn't it illegal to change pricing after the fact? and why is the second or changed invoice going to Iowa? Please make this right. I am happy to change the score on my review if someone will take the time to actually look into how this happened. The way I have been treated is simply awful! The people that work at the Rockford desk are great. I don't know how this error happened....I just know it is your error, not mine.
