  We stopped for a battery 2/23 at around 5:30-6 pm. We were from out of town so we picked autozone. I wish I could leave no stars. A young kid installed our battery. He installed the battery and we left AutoZone. The worst traffic area: N Alpine and Springcreek. Our truck completely lost all power. We called autozone asking them to come and check the battery and they said they could not send anyone out. We called the cops because we were stranded in the busy street with no lights. Paid for a tow truck to tow to Firestone (which I highly recommend). Had to get a hotel overnight Alpine Inn (which again highly recommend). Firestone called us the next day and said that all was fine but the battery had been installed incorrectly. I am glad other reviews had a good outcome because ours was a nightmare. DO NOT GO HERE for a battery to be installed.

  Gary was so helpful today. He went above and beyond to help me with my tail light. AutoZone is lucky to have Gary as an employee.

  I needed my brake light replaced and no one could/would replace it and I’ve even received a little bit of damage to the light cover by trying other places. Until I went to this autozone! I believe the man that helped me is Chris, I could definitely be wrong but he was very helpful to me and very kind despite it being busy. He’s the only one that could replace my brake light without damaging the cover. Thank you guys so much and I will definitely be back for my future needs!

  Today at approx 12:30 I had to go into the store after being stranded with a car battery that had gone bad , I was waited on by a young woman that almost immediately came across with a very bad attitude , her sharp tone of voice and snarky responses to almost everything I asked or said was absolutely infuriating , I finally had enough and called the manager up to the counter to make him aware of her obnoxious behavior. I have been going into this store for nearly 10 years and have always been very happy but as of today I will not be going back ,
