  They fixed my power steering problem yes... Looking over all the total prices, they charged me $75 just to put in steering fluid... The fluid cost $4 and takes about 10 seconds to pop the hood and put it in.. $75? Hope you all sleep well at night considering you shaft hard working people for a living. You guys are a joke.

  I had a very frustrating experience at this tire shop. I was initially told that the tires would fit my vehicle, so based on that, my wife went out of her way to drop them off. After waiting about an hour, they brought my car back out—with the original tires still on—and didn’t say a single word about it. I had to practically pull information out of them just to find out what was going on, only to be told, “Oh, we can’t put them on—it’s against our policy.” That’s something that should have been clearly communicated from the beginning, not after wasting our time and effort. On top of that, I wasted two hours of my day here because of their lack of communication and organization. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. This was one of the most incompetent experiences I’ve ever had with a tire shop, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Rockford location - excellent customer service here. Had a tire repaired and was in and out within a half hour. I recommend considering Bell Tire Rockford for your automobile needs.

  Best price service and welcoming staff I enjoyed this experience which is not usual I've been to Sam's Costco and discount tire and never been treated better or had a better experience Taneisha is a pleasure to have help and very smart I cannot say enough I'm really glad I took the chance to try this place out and the wheel alignment deal is exceptionally amazing especially for Rockford considering how awful the roads are

  Brought my 2008 Kia Optima in for a couple leaking brake lines and a oil & filter change. They had my car 2 full days and still could not get my brake lines replaced properly. I decided to cut my losses and bring it somewhere else to get it properly repaired. They charged 2 hours at $140/hr for very sloppy work plus parts, and would have charged more if I didn't push back. They hung my new rear brake lines with zip ties around the fuel line, and had the wrong flare fittings going to the master cylinder which still leaked. I was going to let it all go and not review them, but after changing out my oil and filter today myself, only to find the wrong model filter installed, I had it! Use these clowns at your own peril. Maybe they can mount tires, but I wouldn't even trust them with that. Shoddy mechanic work, especially brakes, is inexcusable.
