Staff is usually working hard keeping things running, and lines can move slower depending on the time of day, but that’s expected at a high-traffic stop like this. Bathrooms are functional, not luxury. Sometimes clean, sometimes questionable—it really depends on timing and traffic. Pro Tip: Before sitting in the stalls, check to see if they have toilet paper. Trust. This is not a drill. Overall, Pilot does what it’s supposed to do. It’s not a vibe stop, it’s a survival stop.
