  Needed to get someone to check my check engine light. I went inside and even in the freezing cold, the employees didnt hesitate to have someone come outside and help figure out the problem.

  Bought a battery and the staff put the battery in without any extra charge. I didn’t even have to ask. Friendly and knowledgeable. Put the batter in less than 10 minutes.

  I brought my Toyota Yaris into Auto Zone to have battery tested, my 1st visit to the Rochelle, IL location. I was pleasantly greeted by Logan. She was the epitome of professionalism, friendliness and knowledge. After testing battery, Logan explained & provided status of battery. She discussed options and allowed me the opportunity to decide the best choice for myself with no pressure. I was also relieved to know that starting system and charging system are in good condition after testing. Having good people skills and excellent customer service cannot be taught. Out of 5 stars I'd give her 5,000 ! Excellent, excellent service. I'm a customer for life 🌞

  Huge thanks to the manager at this AutoZone for installing my truck battery in brutal freezing weather. He went above and beyond, was professional, and didn’t hesitate despite the conditions. Truly appreciate the great service!!!
