They were so helpful and hospitable... We spent 3 hours in the parking lot and it as bad as that was, we couldn't have asked for better service!! They absolutely saved our day and our trip!! We couldn't have done it without them... So thank you again so very much!! You guys are doing an amazing job!!!

They said they had the part so I picked it up, got to my house only to realize they gave me a rear caliper. Not a front like I needed. I called to let them know and asked if they had the front in stock. Once a again they told me they did. When i got there the lady tried doing a core charge return not a full return. Then when i explained the situation yet again, she told me they actually didn’t have the part. I live 25 minutes away. Completely wasted time and money. Could’ve simply went back to the shelf to physically see the part instead of guessing if the system was right. Very frustrating. Going to Oreilys from now on
