- NGnicole garnerApr 11, 20265.0Took my sons car that has not had an oil change in years do to him living five hours away and not driving the car in YEARS to get an oil change… needless to say, it definitely needed a lot of little things done to it along with the oil change… The manager, Robin was absolutely amazing… He did not make me feel any less than the person that was sitting next to me in the fancy car… VERY helpful and knowledgeable!!! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!! They wanted me to press buttons and reset stuff that I had no idea where I was doing and Robin was so kind. He stepped right in and took over for me!!! I will definitely be back here every time I need to get an oil change!!! This place is 100 times better than any expensive mechanic that I have ever been to!!!

A huge shoutout to Marcus and the manager, Robin, for making the whole process seamless. They were efficient and kept me informed throughout the visit without any pressure. It’s rare to find such a positive atmosphere at an oil change shop. I’ll definitely be back!

Staff was friendly and worked so well together, constant communication, and overall seemed to enjoy their job and know their jobs. Professional, quick, and welcoming. We will be back!
- BBBrittanyMar 24, 20261.0I stopped by 3-22-26 at the Quincy location. I was needing an oil change. They didn’t have the oil filter in stock. They had me switch lanes so someone else could pull in before me. I waited again for my turn and then was directed to pull in. They eventually told me after all that, I needed to come back. I was told they didn’t know when they would get the oil filter. The red head lady was quite rude. She said they don’t have call back cards, no manager on site. Don’t waste your time here!
