I was expecting a difficult ordeal to say the least… I was immediately helped by Abby, the asst manager, and she was quickly able to help me out! She heard me out, and immediately started correcting anything that may have went wrong! She took extra care to vacuum out all of the oil, measure it, and re-affirm that their job had been correct the first time. Even though they had done nothing wrong, she made sure everything ended up alright. Can’t thank Abby enough for her help, and I will most definitely be back.
