    Bought my suv in July 2025, it was great till it wasn’t, called to get in due to check engine light came on. Took suv in for service waited 5 hours they said suv was fixed paid $1408.00. Got to the stoplight car died and check engine light and 2 others lights came on, 2.5 hours later they sent me home with a loaner. Next day when I got my suv back, someone who had brought me my suv smoked in my car, left there belongings and trash in my car and when I dropped off my suv it was above half and when I got it back it was on E. My gas light came on soon as I started it. How do you use half a tank of gas test driving it not to mention 200 miles then what was on it when I dropped it off. Not impressed, especially since the loaner is required to be filled where the gas was when you get it or you will be charged $5.99 a gallon if it’s returned below what you bring it back at.

    I recently had my car serviced here and had an outstanding experience. The check-in staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. My vehicle was taken in quickly and serviced efficiently, which I truly appreciated. The team here is absolutely top-notch. Their attention to customer service and quality work really stands out. I will definitely be returning for all of my future vehicle service needs. Hats off to the entire company for running such a great operation

    Review is for SERVICE DEPT. ONLY. They are expert, polite, and know what they’re doing. I’ve never had an issue or complaint about their work. Very professional. That is in stark contrast to the sales dept. I wouldn’t send an enemy there. My experience with them is typical fast talking double dealing used car salespeople. I’m surprised the don’t wear bright plaid suits and have gold plated teeth!

    Had issues with sliding door. Was able to get van in and inspected quickly. The parts were ordered and was notified when they were in. Scheduled appointment, there were some changes and I was always notified. The time of the repair was accurate and was ready as it was told. No issues. I like the text messaging as communication.
