    Huge shoutout to Gabe at AutoZone for his patience and exceptional help today. My car wouldn’t start even after multiple jump-start attempts — first with a battery pack and then with his truck. Instead of giving up, Gabe calmly walked me through the next steps, helped me get the right tools, and assisted in removing the battery. They charged the battery for free, and once it was reinstalled, my car started immediately and has been running perfectly. Gabe stayed patient the entire time, explained things clearly, and genuinely went above and beyond. It was -10 degrees centigrade outside when we were doing all this. This is exactly why AutoZone stands out. Thanks again, Gabe — really appreciate your help!

    A pretty stressful experience overall. All related to a car battery. Initially the experience was great, customer service top-notch. However, I started to notice that my car battery was more than 20% less the CCA within a week of purchase, and having trouble with it in the cold. When I asked them for help, the manager was very dismissive. He told me they don’t sell bad batteries - BUT he did offer me the opportunity to return it if I had it switched out elsewhere with a different battery. I did. But when I returned it, the staff told me I was given the wrong battery (different model battery) - which caused my problems. Instead of the manager trying to help me, he ignored my concerns and argued with me about his batteries being perfect which prolonged this whole experience. Very frustrating experience.
