  NOT TELLING A CUSTOMER YOU ARE GOING TO CHARGE THEM FOR SOMETHING IS BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. Was hoping not to have a bad experience but it happened. Brought my car in for an alignment and trans flush. Called Friday they said being it today early in the am, I work nights, and they’d get it in and done today. Didn’t happen. I’d asked the guy who was taking the info if they check for suspension work when they do alignments, he said they always do never mentioned a charge for the inspection if the alignment was ok. Then I asked if they did anything with emissions, I gave them the code told them what it was and that I just wanted to check for an air leak and the guy said yeah we do that, not a problem. Again never a word about a charge. They didn’t even do the transmission flush. Said that it was getting late and even though my car had been there all morning and they said it would be done today. They said they couldn’t promise anything now. Told them I had an appointment and I needed my car in the morning. They said “oh well you can come pick it up for $75 now or I can wait til tomorrow and have the service done for the transmission. When I came in to get my car I asked why I was never informed of why I was being charged he said that it was because “ya know, we had the car apart for an hour looking for the code problem and we found nothing so then we had to back out the car and put it back in line to wait for the transmission fluid.” I understand a diagnostic fee, but when you waste my time and don’t even give me the courtesy of a phone call to say it might not be done tomorrow, I have to call and find out what the deal was? Then you charge me bc I can’t wait any longer than the time you said it would be done? With out informing me ahead of time. Bad business.

  I had a great experience getting my oil changed here. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. They explained everything clearly, checked my fluids and tire pressure, and made sure my car was running perfectly before I left. What really stood out was the customer service. The manager Eric and Ron in the front were very respectful, honest, and didn’t try to push unnecessary services. The oil change was done quickly, and they kept me informed the entire time. It’s hard to find a place that combines quality work with great customer care, but this shop definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable oil change service.

  I was in town visiting my sister took my vehicle to Tuffys, a family emergency had happened while visiting and Tuffy's had my vehicle done in jiffy.

  Eric and Tim were great. Been bringing my cars to them for 17 years. They are upfront and honest and always do the right thing. I trust their work and will continue to bring them my cars.
