  Had a very good experience at Hawk working with Jordan and Dionte. Helped me learn about the car without any of the high pressure tactics I saw elsewhere. Love my CX-5 and would return here in the future.

  I brought my 2024 CX-90 in for an oil change, filters, general maintenance, and tires. I also needed a software update completed. Charlie provided exemplary service from start to finish, even as we worked through warranty items. Charlie handled everything with immense professionalism, accuracy, responsiveness, and was a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend this team!

  Walked in. Sat in a couple SUVs. Not a single person said hi nor introduced themselves. Horrible customer service.

  This was the most relaxed and easy purchase we have ever made. I looked online, found a car I liked, got an email and a phone call. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met with friendly faces. There was absolutely no pressure. I bought a brand new Mazda and was out of the building in less than 4 hours. Jerry, the salesman, was fun and easy going. It was the best experience!
