  I had a great experience renting from Enterprise in Plainfield at 16040 S Lincoln Hwy. The vehicle drove super smooth and made our 12 hour trip feel easy. The whole process was fast and simple, which I really appreciated. The staff was helpful and made everything go smoothly. Most importantly, my kids were comfortable the entire ride, which made a huge difference for such a long drive. I would definitely rent from them again!

  Friendly service, very easy to work with. They picked me up at the body shop and picked up the car from the body shop when I was done using the car. Gave me a call to let me know they picked up the rental and everything was good to go

  This is the second time I have received a rental car from this location with a strong smoke-related odor (previously marijuana, this time cigarette smoke). What’s concerning is that the odor appears to be intentionally masked with heavy fragrance at pickup, but becomes very noticeable a few hours later. This creates an uncomfortable and potentially unhealthy experience for customers, especially those sensitive to smoke. It feels misleading to provide a vehicle in this condition without proper cleaning or disclosure. Customers should not have to deal with residual smoke smells or chemical masking agents. I chose this location for convenience due to proximity to a body shop, but after repeated experiences, I will be considering other rental options going forward. I would strongly recommend better quality checks and proper odor removal instead of temporary masking by higher management.
