He’s a great conversation starter as well if you’re just waiting for an oil change. Talking about how my last cars bearing ran out on me and gave me the best advice. :) I will for sure be returning to this location, can’t find service like this nowadays were they are looking out for your pockets and car. Vincent took the time to explain their inspection of my car and prioritize what needs to be done. He didn’t pressure me to get it done same day which i appreciated because that has happened to me numerous times. While prioritizing the services, he was also honest about time frame I should get them done. I truly appreciated the customer service here.
