  Excellent trustworthy auto shop. I brought my car a few days ago with a gas leak on my fuel lines. They were super efficient in their work and quickly resolved the issue. Recommend 100%. Thank you Vincent for your amazing work ethic. Im very greatful for taking your time to explain and show me step by step the problem that my car had.

  I scheduled my oil change over the phone and was confirmed the $29.99 price for regular oil, which is what I’ve always used in my car. I had an appointment and still waited over an hour. When I received my car, I was told I owed a much higher price because full synthetic oil had been used. I explained to Vince that I always get regular oil and was never informed that my car “required” full synthetic before they put it in. No one communicated a price change or asked for my approval prior to the service being completed. When my father called about the overcharge, he was told they go by what the system lists for the car regardless of what the customer says. However, that was never communicated to me before the service was done. If full synthetic was required, that should have been discussed with me first so I could approve the change in price. This was definitely a lesson learned. Moving forward, I will make sure everything is clearly communicated and agreed upon before any service is done. I thought I found a reliable auto shop, but unfortunately, I will not be returning to Tuffy’s.

  Service Advisor Vince Rotella Appreciate your hard dedication to customer service and a speedy response! They "Vince & Stephen" didn't waste anytime. Competition next door could never give the type of service that tuffy delivers to their customers everyday! Full synthetic oil change at a ridiculously low price?! Everywhere else wanted over $100 to change my oil but not tuffy! Thanks again, Vince, Christopher I and junior

  Tuffy’s repaired my tire and quickly and efficiently returned the spare to my trunk and my tire on my car. The staff is so friendly and made my experience with Tuffy’s a pleasure!
