  I found a RAV4 online at Hawk after searching tirelessly for days. After an awful few days of the realization that I needed to say goodbye to my beloved Jeep, I made my way in after setting up an appointment with Chad. I was dressed in my work clothes, hopping out of the tow truck that brought me and my Jeep there, trudging through this massive snow storm (when it rains it pours). I walked through the doors expecting to bet with some sort of stare while wearing all this annoying garb and sure enough I was met with such warmth. He treated me like a queen without judgment of my very clear uneasiness and attire. He made sure to give me a test drive in every car possible so I knew I was going home with something I loved. I can say that I’m officially converted to Subaru, woooo boy, does it check every box. Thank you Chad for giving me an experience that was so soothing and seamless.

  We were in the market for our second Subaru Outback Touring XT (the first one being from 2021) and while we knew exactly which car we wanted, the buying experience was something fantastic. We engaged with Quinton Rose from Hawk Subaru (I recommend buying your car through him) who was non pushy, very collaborative, very knowledgeable and thoroughly professional through every aspect of the transaction. We loved dealing with him. He answered every question patiently and is always available for everything needed. He is a great partner. Highly recommend him as the go to sales person at Hawk Subaru The dealership itself needs some aesthetic improvement. While Subaru cars were pretty standard 10 years back they are nearing the luxury segment and have extremely high loyalty. The dealership aesthetics should reflect that and needs investment. It is cramped. And I inspected my new car in the service lane. I think they need to build a car delivery center which is a special place which makes customers feel good while buying a $30/$40/$50 K car. The dealership is not bad… needs to be made better and bigger. We have switched to Hawk Subaru as our dealer. Close to home and good team.

  Bought a Grey 2012 Chevy Silverado a month ago. They would not let me pay with a check from Wisconsin and made me take a loan on the vehicle. The pay off amount when it came in the mail was $1000 higher than what we discussed. As well as the vehicle needing $1200 in repairs within the first 2 weeks of ownership because the exhaust was rusted out and fell off and the rear driver side rim was corroded and causing it to leak air. I am disappointed in my experience and hope that they strive to do better in future

  I want to thank Chad for the hospitality and easy going process through purchasing a car that was much needed and long awaited. He reached out when I showed interest and not in the pushy car salesman’s way, but kind and has much knowledge of his job field. He emailed and texted back and forth to help me fit what I was in the market for. He made the process smooth and we were done in less than 3 hours. I drove off satisfied. He does work with you as I had a few struggles to get the right fit for me but he was upfront and honest and was able to work with me. He even got my mom looking at some cars that day too! I felt taken care of and listened to there. Great experience. Will recommend and come back for future needs. We also met the GM forgive me was it Matt? He had his cute pup there so I got a few pets in and he spoke with us a bit as well ...much appreciated and again very down to earth place! Appreciate people who enjoy their job, have knowledge of their craft, and treat their customers like family not a number! Thank you! Emily
