Me and my gf bought this to travel from Chicago to WA. The smell of oil burning and sound of wheel bearing hum was found a week after purchasing while traveling across country. Not like we can turn around being if Hawk would have done anything. Point is, buy at your own risk. *** Sure good people, salesman was nice, but Hawk clearly didn’t look over car enough and replace what was needed and to be 2K in hole with a 4 month old purchase is unsettling. Also to add, when I called to ask about car and put deposit down to hold car, we agreed on the “lowest price possible with deposit for a serious buyer”. The day after on my way I saw that they had lowered the online price to the public for same price. Just not a good look. At the least, hopefully this prompts Hawk to do better and maybe not have turkeys for mechanics.

Fortunately, I found hot Buick and Joliet. In particular. I ran across a sales person by the name of Quintin Rose the whole experience was very professional upfront and without any pushing for a decision, he answered all the questions straightforward. I bought the vehicle there after checking out two other dealerships. Again, I can’t stress enough what a pleasant experience. It was dealing with Quentin Rose and the general manager at the facility.
