    If you're going to buy or lease a vehicle from Hawk Mazda, Jerry Castillo is the guy you want to talk to! I have worked with him twice, first a lease in 2022 and then very recently a purchase. He has a lot of patience knowing it's a big financial decision. He's professional, friendly and helpful. I enjoy saying hello and catching up when I stop in for service. Mazda wouldn't be as cool without him. Go say hi!

    This was my first time buying a car, so of course I was super nervous, but everyone here made it a super easy experience. I want to thank MJ and Ryan for helping me out and answering all of my questions! Definitely recommend.

    Got an oil change and car wash done, but the service was disappointing. It took well over an hour for a basic oil change, and no one bothered to give any updates the entire time. For a scheduled appointment, that kind of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. The car was cleaned, but overall the experience felt unorganized and inconsiderate of customers' time.

    During my visit to set up an oil change and a recall fix appointment, those involved we above and beyond professional awareness and communication. Allowing for either a shuttle to and from my home or a loaner car. Once I arrived for my appointment later in the week...smoother than skis on snow. As I recommended to those who set up AND overheard that I did not want my car washed. The service writer noted that in 2 places on my computer ticket. The other service writer (not involved with my visit) went above and beyond...by printing a 9x12 sheet in bold caps, "DO NOT WASH THIS VEHICLE " he should it to me as I walked to loaner, he walked to my car and plased it on the front driver's seat. Nice. When I picked my car up there was a 2 minute down pour. As the roads dried, I sprayed and wiped my car dry. A sales man approached from my blind side and mentioned warmly... did they not wash n dry your car? I shared a portion of the details with him, so he went onto say, I could have them wash n dry it for you! It wouldn't be but a few minutes if you have time. ☆ That's when I explained to him in full that i went through the powers that be,Not t wash my car. After a few friendly words of understanding, I walked back into the Manager, Rick Vargus ( the only manager I've known, to be consistently busy, yet always has time for a hello or a fix, or a conversation. I wanted him to know, from my initial visit prior to purchasing my MX5 as well as the visits to get the recall appointment and oil change, every single employee! either directly involved and /or those who complimentary involved themselves to make my visits... So Far Above and Beyond the type of "CARE" we rarely recieve, yet often hope for. I say this... ! Automobiles are so $ out of reach $ these days. So when we make our decision to purchase one, (after hours/days of internet research), it would be awesome if we loved or remained excited through the buying experience. It is sad, down right miserable that so often the experience is a high blood pressure felling that drains our brain of all happiness. I'm pretty sure, that getting attacked by a shark in the ocean, although gruesome, is way less painful. Sorry, but it is a visual that we have experienced when going to look or purchase our dream auto. Not at Hawk Mazda. As Hawk has many dealers other than .Mazda, and my experience was so top notch in every way, that my soon to be an additional purchase will be with at a Hawk dealership.
