Each time we have requested Eddie as he was the most knowledgeable, helpful and personable! He is very straightforward when walking you through the process to ensure you understand everything. He answers any questions or concerns you have and is a kind person to interact with. Most recently, I had a situation where my bumper bracket had wore out due to wear and tear after being replaced. Eddie figured it out within minutes and quickly set a convenient date & time to get a fix. Upon my arrival, it was fixed within minutes!
