    This location and their agents are awesome!! Megan went above & beyond to help us. Everyone at this location is so friendly and helpful. We had already booked a car at a different agency but when we arrived they had no car available and no offer to help. We went over to Enterprise in the hope they would have a car available. We were on a very tight schedule. They had a car and went out of their way expedite our rental. I will only use Enterprise in the future. Outstanding customer service!!

    The employees at the Plainfield, IL office are great to work with and they had Honda Odyssey minivan for rental which was nice for our situation. Vehicle was clean and nice to use.
