  The prices beat all the competitors prices and the staff was friendly and nice, I used enterprise before some years ago and they had good service back then, I will keep renting from enterprise.

  I’ve had a consistently pleasant experience with Enterprise, and a big part of that is thanks to managers Imran and Meaghan. They always provide exceptional service — professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every visit smooth and stress‑free. Their leadership sets a high standard, and it shows. The rest of the staff is wonderful as well. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, efficient, and helpful. It’s clear that customer care is a priority across the entire team. This location has truly earned my trust through their reliability and the consistently positive experiences they deliver. I highly recommend you give them a try if you want to experience excellent customer service!

  My daughter made an appointment with Enterprise in Plainfield off Route 59, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment she arrived, the gentlemen working there were genuinely welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. There was absolutely no pressure at any point. They took the time to listen to her needs, helped her choose the right vehicle, and carefully walked her through everything, making sure she felt comfortable and confident before leaving. What truly impressed me was the level of professionalism and pride these young employees showed. All of them appeared to be under 25 years old, yet they carried themselves with the confidence, responsibility, and maturity of seasoned leaders. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and clearly took ownership in doing things the right way—not because they had to, but because they wanted to. As a parent, it meant a lot knowing my daughter was treated with care and respect. This team represents their company exceptionally well, and it’s refreshing to see young professionals who genuinely take pride in their work. Big shout-out to the entire team for delivering such a positive and memorable experience—we will absolutely continue to use this location and recommend it to others. Thank You ....
