After about a hour wait the tow truck finally came. Not an easy experience talking with enterprise service on the phone because English is not their first language. The tow truck driver thankfully gave me a ride to the enterprise broken car depo. Which is on the perimeter of midway Airport. After attempting to call enterprise service multiple times I was stranded. A few more calls to enterprise services for a uberwas unsuccessful. After my 2 mile walk from the depo to the car rental location I finally got a new rental. So their car broke down around 5pm I finally made it home around 1015pm. I would definitely suggest renting from someone else.
