So disappointed I didn’t get the same experience as everyone else. My first visit was for an oil change. They told me I could just wait in their little lobby while they did it. After an hour in their lobby, I went up to the desk to see how the progress had been going. They told me they were still working on my car. I looked out in the lot and my car was still in the same spot I parked it for them, untouched not being worked on. About 5-10 minutes after that they pulled the car in. And then another hour and change later my car was finally done with oil change. Along with my keys, they gave me a paper with recommended maintenance for my car. After taking to another mechanic later for inspection and second opinion, only half of the maintenance they recommended was needed. They wanted to charge me $400+ just for a cabin air filter replacement. I bought the filter myself and changed in out in 15 minutes. Cost me $25. When it came to paying for the oil change, I gave them a copy of my warranty that has yearly coverages for oil changes to see if that could cover any of the oil change for the day and if not I’ll just pay the price straight up. The associate handling the whole interaction, Jacob, told me they were “really busy” and that they will call me “another time” to let me know if I owe anything or if the warranty covered the oil change. I was free to take my car and go. Have never heard from them yet and called them twice about it. The first time, they told me they had no record of me in the system or my car getting an oil change. So was it even done? The second time, they said they remembered and that Jacob will get in contact with me soon about it. Still never heard back. I then called them to set up an appointment for new tires. They told me to wait 2 weeks until my tires came in and they’d call me to set up appointment. Never heard back from them, so called them 3 weeks later and found out the tires had been in for about a week already. Nobody had contacted me, meanwhile, my tire has been leaking everyday having me to stop and get air multiple times a day. I had high hopes for this place in the beginning, but every interaction I have with them makes it so hard to want to continue getting service with them and makes me feel devalued as a customer.
