We found out we had screw in the tire. We tried multiple times to call the enterprise We rented from. No answer so we took it to a local midas who put the spare tire on. Unfortunately, the space was a used donut completely unsafe to drive back to Michigan on. We stopped at enterprise in Peru. They were AWESOME! They were able to get us an appt at a local tire place to get a new tire put on. Great service!

When I went to go pick up the rental they said they didnt have a reservation for me for that day, and began to tell me that my reservation was for 10/13. They did say that they had 2 vehicles i could get, but both of them i would be paying out of pocket for. My car was due in the shop on 10/27, not once did I say i needed a rental on 10/13. My insurance was paying for my rental and when I talked to them over the phone I was very clear on the fact that I didnt want to pay anything out of pocket. I had talked to enterprise on the 10/14 about having my reservation for 10/25 and was very clear that i needed it that specific day as i will be working 12 hour days 7 days a week for 3 weeks starting on Monday 10/27 and then right after that I have a week of school I have to attend with absolutely no way to get a different car because of the hours i will be working. I had made plans with the auto body shop to drop my car off on Sunday 10/26. Since enterprise messed up, I will now have to eait a month or more just to get my car in the shop to be fixed. I also have to spend more of my time making phone calls to my insurance agent and the shop to figure out a different date. After this experience I will never go through enterprise again. I will be specifically asking my insurance agent to go through Hertz instead.
