He's pleasant and knowledgeable. I would go back again. It was about 8PM. I needed a new battery. The employee (Johnathan M.) that assisted me noticed that I was having a hard time walking and told me that I could just wait in my car and that he would come out and get the needed info. He installed the battery and did a check on the electrical system to make sure my alternator was OK. He also advised me about another issue in my car. It was a good experience. They have a military discount. I would shop here again.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
