- OBOmz B1 day ago5.0So they fix things well, but I know nothing about cars, so maybe they did a bad job--seems great, though. The 5th star comes from the service and professionalism. Tiffany, who works the front desk, hears from me that there aren't any rental cars for us because the insurance messed up the dates or something. It's Peoria; I need wheels to get around. But unlike the gal at the rental car place, Tiffany finds me a solution. She is able to delay our repair to when a rental IS available. In retrospect, it's an easy fix. Things look easy when you're dealing with pros, however. No notes.
