Not only did Ronnie take care of me and another car beside me and a problem with a car not having something tightened all the way, which is a common thing that happens whenever you drive away from an oil place, the plug sometimes needs a little more tightening after it hits the road. Ronnie had my engine temperature plug sensor put in without hesitation to keep my engine light from coming on. Ronnie and his team, under his leadership are nothing short said Rockstars. P.S. cheaper by far and much more kind than the other guys!

But he would give me a 10% off which he didn't. Then he kept telling me my debit card wasn't going through, which i had just left my bank and I know I had the funds for it. So I paid cash and when I asked for a receipt he said they would email it to me, when I never got the email I called and told the that. The girl took my email address and said she would send it thru. Still no receipt, now I'm going to see if the guy even changed the oil.

- EREric RoeOct 20, 20251.0I went for an oil change. I was told I would need to come back at 3:30 because the two people working were going on break. It was like 2:50. I went to run another errand and came back at 3:45. There were two other cars waiting and the people working were just sitting inside trying to look busy. After another 10 minutes now it’s almost 4:00 I decided that Valveoline just didn’t want my business or money today so I drove off to the new Jiffy Lube next to Target. For the record. They had all the doors shut and the guy that told me I’d be waiting was incredibly non-professional. Congratulations I won’t be coming back. Hopefully somebody of importance sees this and actually does something about it instead of just continuing the mediocre work that I’ve experienced.
