Jiffy Lube is more expensive than other places I have been to, but it pays off in the customer service and the money you save by not being convinced to pay for so many extra services. They were not pushy and very honest and upfront. They also shared the other services they offered while I was there.I will be back in the future for sure for oil changes and anything else I need with my vehicles.

He reassured me that the oil filter can come loose over time and that he tightened in down. I can tell you my stress level was very high that day. Knowing my car has over 120,000 miles I was afraid I would need to have a big expensive bill to fix the problem. I also have recently had my breaks changed and oil change on the same day. I look for Travis because of his great customer service and his knowledge of working on cars. He is the only person I would have work on my car! Thank you Jiffy Lube for outstanding customer service!
