- LLLinda217Oct 17, 20253.0I would have given 5 stars to the counter staff but while I was waiting, a customer called and I assumed they wanted a quote for tires, apparently the customer didn’t like the quote they were given and hung up. A man came storming out of the office and berated the two women at the counter for not following some script and would not listen to them explain that the customer hung up before she could offer an alternative quote. His behavior towards the employees was deplorable and completely unprofessional. I will have to consider taking my car for service somewhere else in the future because the way they were treated was unacceptable and disgusting. Not only towards the employees but to berate them in front of other customers is completely inappropriate and unacceptable! I’m not 100% sure who this guy was but I think I overheard district manager in reference to him.
