I booked a car online for a 9am pick up at the Peoria International Airport, Illinois and when I showed up, the agents at the counter told me that the particular car that I have reserved was supposed to be available at a later time that day, and that I can get it if I am flexible enough ? Really???? Are you kidding me??? How is that even possible???? So they were literally trying to tell me what do with my schedule that day??? I needed a larger car to pick up and accommodate my my wife and my 3 little ones who will be landing at O'Hare Airport in Chicago a 12:00pm, coming from Brussels, Belgium. The agents at the counter didn't do anything else to help. As a result, I had to make two trips, back and forth to Chicago with my regular size sedan so to get my family and all luggages home that day. Each trip was 3 hours one-way and add the Chicago traffic on top of that. I will never, ever again reserve a car with Enterprise. Worse experience ever in my life.
