We picked our car up at the Peoria Airport Enterprise. This is our second time using the Airport Enterprise. The employees were great and knowledgeable of their job.

Wrecked holiday plans - "Confirmed" car rental through Amex Platinum; its not worth the bytes or paper its printed on with Enterprise PIA. I went in person to the counter (the day before to confirm all was set), and after either pretending to not be able to find the reservation, or being too incompetent to find it, Lo and Behold they have no cars. Fine... its the holidays, I get it... but have the decency to tell your customers that "Reservations" are fictitious and should not be relied upon; or, that they have systematically overbooked. Whatever- - - reason #435 that silicon valley apps like Turo and Uber have taken over industries that used to be able to even more shamelessly exercise their monopoly of grift and indifference. Seriously... if your plans are important to you and a botched reservation has consequences, I highly recommend using all other means of making alternative travel arrangements.

Called National, but they wouldn’t guarantee that someone would be around for us to get our car after we landed in Peoria. Immediately called Enterprise and they were very accommodating!!
