The receipt theou thinky provided matched the battery,manufactures date,numbers etc. and the receipt did not say no refunds only exchanges. It was a 3 year/36 month battery and failed in a week. Got an exchange. What do you think?

Worker looked at it for a second and said nope cant do it. Youtube videos get it done in 5 mins but I had trouble getting it back in for 1.5 hours. Meanwhile the worker sat in a car with friends watching me and getting high. The other worker said he was new and had no clue. Never again to this store
