  Wow most amazing service ever. My son forgot his earbuds in the rental. Called the counter, nice person said she would have detailing look for them. She called back They found them. She delivered to TSA. TSA handed to me after screening. I am amazed we got the earbuds back. Thank you all.

  The staff at Peoria Alamo rental was superb. Had me in a great car minutes off the plane. Drop off after my trip was easy and fast as well.

  WORST experience I have ever experienced! I paid my reservation through my flight as a bundle and was asked to pay the remaining fees when I picked the vehicle up. The remainder balance of $78.80. When I presented a Mastercard that was through evolve bank which google reviews state that Alamo does in fact take this card, they ran the card twice and it was declined- I had the available funds on the card and my bank was not seeing the transaction so it was something on Alamo’s part. The associate manager offered to help and run my card on the computer in his office but when the branch manager showed up she refused to run the card and immediately said they do not take my type of Mastercard. This was not a prepaid card but through a bank and I previously checked to see if they would accept my card & that do! She said because my card had the nursing agency “NurseIO” printed on it she would not run it again or take my payment of $78.80. Very unhelpful, very unfriendly, and very unprofessional group of people. The only one who was somewhat of help or tried to was the associate manager! I traveled by myself with 3 young children and waited for a very long time in the airport stranded with my kids because of this inconvenience and still have yet to receive my refund. Why accept a payment to pay for the whole rental - even if it’s through a 3rd party- you do NOT accept at pick up ? Very inconvenient and very frustrating ! To not assist me or at least try to make it right knowing and seeing I had 3 young restless kids is very heartless.- the place was not busy at all! Where is the compassion and humanity?! Do not recommend this rental company AT ALL!
