- RHRyan Hougland6 days ago5.0I just had a very helpful phone conversation, with an employee named Cheryl, about a Lithium battery for my motorcycle. She was able to give me price, warranty info and availability over the phone. The particular battery was not available at her store, but she directed me to another store that does have the battery. Great customer service!

I had to leave work missed 2 hours pay gas for someone to pick me up from work then go to a different place to get the correct parts. I ended up spending more because I missed out on the 15 percent of sale which I got 40.00 off. Then when I went to get a return they sent me to university to get a refund which university store did have enough money to give me. So two hours of missed work 30.00 for gas plus no 40.00 discount
