So I bought it, then the guy went to put it in and said sorry I cant put it in your truck. It's to hard of a install. ???? What ? At the counter you said you could do it. DONT SAY YOU CAN DO SOMETHING , THEN SELL ME A BATTERY THEN SAY YOU CANT DO IT ! THE RIGHT THING TO DO IS GO OUT AND MAKE SURE I NEED A NEW BATTERY (LIKE AUTO ZONE DID) THEN YOU CAN DETERMINE IF YOU COULD INSTALL IT OR NOT. FYI I got my money back for the battery. Drove down the street to auto ZONE. Bought one there.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
