And again they struggle to change the filter without causing leaks and spills. And not the first time either. And mark ups on additional items are criminal. Wasn't always like that. Not sure if we will be back. Probably not.

I was worried I didn't have the time and they helped me prioritize what was needed most. Ultimately I moved my appointment so I could get everything done at once. Baseball season with 15 year old I will be in my car alot! I was so glad they mentioned my spark plugs, lol I hadn't changed them since owning the car. I had no idea those had to be replaced every so often.

I do like this Jiffy Lube, it's the only one we go to for our cars, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing an oil change, new wipers, a radiator flush, etc.
