    I need to rent a car and was not happy with the one I Was offered so every day I called looking to get a different vehicle. The last two days I had the car I would call and be put on hold for up to 20 minutes. Finally I called and was on hold for 10 minutes when I decided to call from my work phone and they answered right away. This is a common practice with a retail. I would much rather see people go to enterprise in Skokie and ask for Dante or enterprise in Glenview and ask for Logan. You will get much better service there.

    Rented a car here while my car was in the shop. Needed it for another day and one employee forgot to relay it to another. The next day they called my aunt (my emergency contact on my insurance) and TOLD HER I HAD STOLEN A CAR AND THEY WOULD BE REPORTING ME TO THE POLICE IF I DIDNT CALL THEM SOON. These geniuses nearly ruined my life and also informed my aunt about an accident I didn’t want to explain to my family so thanks.
