I pulled up for an oil change with all their bays full but was greeted immediately by Aida who was awesome and super friendly lead me to an almost full waiting room. Before my fresh hot coffee could even cool enough for me to take a sip Julie was calling me up to the deak to go over her recommendations on oil choices and other services offered at that location. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking the best option as far as oil choice and recommended possibly changing out my cabin filter which was very dirty. She was not pushy at all and left the decisions ultimately up to me. I was in and out of there when it was busy in about 30 minutes which is crazy compared to other locations. The whole staff was all around amazing. Will only go to this location from here on out
