However, when I left I noticed that the four tires did not get filled with air based on the PSI recommendations on the door and all four were at different levels. I had to stop by a near by gas station to fill them my self.

I often feel like people are just trying to sell me stuff, but I never had anyone genuinely explain & tell me things that were wrong or could potentially go wrong with my car the way he did and it was greatly appreciated. He said I needed a tire rotation, but we had to get out of the car for that so I ended up coming the next day without my grandma so I could get the tires rotated. I wouldn’t have normally done that but I felt like Ben was not just a salesman but a human being and it was appreciated. The second day I went back Julie at the front counter had great energy. Thanks for good vibes.

Even though I didn’t pass the inspection due to worn-out rear brake pads, I’m actually really glad they caught it — the pads were completely worn down, and they potentially saved me from a much bigger issue. Benjamin and Adan did a fantastic job! They were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and care about doing things right. Also, shoutout to whoever owns those cars in the parking lot — there were some seriously nice rides out there, especially the RHD one skyline? Maybe? Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be back.
