  Made a reservation through the fleet company. The person on the phone didn't seem to care or try to help he said we don't have SUVs . I asked to find out from other locations based on my previous experienxe, he offered to give me the phone number to call them. What a joke. He said he will call me in the afteenoon but he never did or the day after. My job requires a vehicle 24/7 on call. I won't be renting from this place moving fwd.

  Stellar Customer Service!! In the middle of winter in Chicago—absolutely hard to find. The manager in charge of training the employees at this location needs to be promoted. The Skokie location on Skokie Blvd btw Howard & Main is absolutely a polar opposite! The manager needs to be retrained along w/the employees he manages. Unfortunately, his bad apple has affected the entire staff at the Skokie location. As a repetitive Enterprise customer being treated as an annoyance w/a resolution to push me to O’Hare was an embarrassment for myself—brands I use are a direct reflection of myself. Park Ridge & O’Hare save Skokie from being reported for incorrect charges and verbal promises not in alignment w/their business actions. Words & Actions not in Alignment = Business ethical standards being broken. Thank you Park Ridge & O’Hare. My review of Skokie was placed on the backboard. The Enterprise Skokie Manager saw it fitting to utilize his time to contact corp and spin a false story—factually negated by my need to furnish docs he neglected to share with the corporate employee. Skokie has yet to return my calls post my experience and a verbal promise of a credit as an apology for the cars available, not cleaned condition of the cars and a verbal apology for my need to drive the dirty car to O’Hare. Once I arrived at O’Hare another lie surfaced. As O’Hare does not share the same system as all non-airport locations. Skokie manager was pretending to input data transferring of my incorrect rental to be credited by O’Hare. The data system does not exist! Thank you to O’Hare for always having options I need available! The aforementioned defamation of a customer’s reputation who w/o pause has a zero record of false reviews coupled with the latter documented lie by Skokie’s Manager at O’Hare is by definition a twofold illegal offense tied to Business Ethics.

  Best Enterprise in America, bar none.... Throughout the years they have never failed.No matter who the manager has been from Harper to Jolie and all of their other staff members are extremely helpful , confident and willing to go the extra mile to help you!!.... if your coming from ORD use Park Ridge Enterprise, you won't be disappointed!
