Our experience at Bredemann Toyota was truly excellent from start to finish.
Sam, our main salesperson, was very personable and easy to talk to, making us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He genuinely took the time to understand what we were looking for, which made everything smooth and completely stress-free.
A heartfelt thank you to Michelle for her help, honesty, and true dedication to making this a great experience. We really appreciate the fantastic discount she offered, it made a big difference and clearly showed how much she cares about her customers.
This was hands down the easiest and fastest car purchase we could have ever imagined. No pressure, no hassle—just outstanding service from start to finish.

Bredeman Toyota is the best! Over the last 20+ years we have bought 5 Toyotas at this dealership! Recently, my minivan was totaled and I needed to buy a new car, so of course we went to Bredeman! Joey, our salesman was amazing! He made the process so easy and was extremely helpful in a stressful situation. So much so we sent our son there the next day and he bought his first new car. Joey definitely went the extra mile to help make our purchasing procedure easy!
I initially had a great experience with Joey at Bredeman Toyota when purchasing my 2025 Camry XLE. He was respectful, fair, and professional, which I truly appreciated.
However, my experience ordering a 2026 Grand Highlander was very different. I had waited three months for this vehicle, and when it finally arrived, Joey was not there. I had to work with the other staff—salesperson, finance, and business manager—who were unprofessional and at times rude. The finance representative was shaking and shouting while explaining tax credits, the salesperson asked unnecessary personal questions, and there was pressure to accept a trade-in offer far below what I knew my car was worth. They started at $27,000 for my Camry, raised it to $28,000, and repeatedly pressured me with statements suggesting I would “lose money” if I didn’t accept or that they might cancel my order. I had a CarMax offer for $29,000 and ultimately confirmed that other dealers offered better deals.
When I returned to Bredeman offering $29,000, the business manager initially refused and did not return my deposit promptly—I had to retrieve it myself. If I had known they would act this way, I would never have ordered through them. I ended up purchasing from Toyota on Edens, where I received $29,750 for my trade-in plus tax credits. Ironically, this negative experience led me to discover the best dealership experience I’ve ever had.
While I am grateful to Joey for my first purchase, I cannot recommend the rest of the team at Bredeman for a smooth, respectful buying experience.
I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but I feel I must.
I purchased a 2025 Camry XLE with Joey from Bredeman Toyota, and he treated me respectfully and fairly, regardless of ethnicity. I truly appreciate that. A year later, I ordered a 2026 Grand Highlander with him, but when it arrived, Joey wasn’t there. I had to work with the salesperson, finance guy, and business manager instead.
They offered a lowball trade-in price for my Camry, pressuring me with tax credit numbers, even though I already had a CarMax offer of $29,000. They started at $27,000, eventually raised it to $28,000, and repeatedly pressured me to accept, saying things like, “you will lose money if you don’t accept this good offer lol,” and even implying they could cancel my order and sell the vehicle to someone else. I refused and went to other dealers, where I was offered at least $29,000.
When I returned to Bredeman and offered $29,000, the business manager initially refused and did not return my deposit—I eventually had to pick it up myself.
I ended up at Toyota on Edens, where I traded in my Camry for $29,750 plus the tax credit.
Ironically, thanks to Bredeman, I discovered Toyota on Edens—the best dealership experience I’ve ever had.

I would not recommend using the service department at Bredemann Toyota for maintenance or repairs. I initially visited for a routine oil change, which was reasonably priced, but left with a broken valve stem on one of my tires.
The service representatives acknowledged that the mechanic caused the damage. However, they stated that because the valve stem is metal rather than rubber or plastic, it is more susceptible to rust and breakage, and therefore they would not take responsibility or cover the cost of repair. I found this response concerning, given that the damage occurred while the vehicle was in their care.
I contacted Toyota corporate on March 18 and was told I would receive a response from Bredemann by March 20, which did not happen. After following up again on March 23, I was assured that management would contact me the same day, but I did not receive any communication.
Additionally, I reached out to other mechanics and repair shops and received quotes for approximately one-third of the cost Bredemann Toyota quoted to fix the valve stem. Not only did they decline responsibility, but they also offered to repair the issue they caused at a cost exceeding $330, without even offering to cover labor or reduce the price of the part.
In my opinion, a reputable and honest service provider should take responsibility for damage caused while a vehicle is under their care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
