- BBBill BrownMar 21, 20261.0I want to strict wind in Palatine yesterday today as I'm driving my vehicle the shroud that protects the area where the oil filter is was falling off as I'm doing 70 down the highway I'm actually sitting across the street right now waiting for them to open at 8:00 a.m. I am so upset and mad right now they are going to get an earful when I talk to these guys I do not recommend them whatsoever very unprofessional help very rude when I was there and now they've damaged to my vehicle
