They come to your window and ask you of couple of things and services of which you can choose. It was a quick 15 minute oil change and the two guys (Andres and another guy) who helped out were fantastic and professional.

After more than 5 minutes, another employee came out and questioned why he wasn’t told there was a car. There seemed to be confusion between the two employees on what to do. Both of them finished the oil change and I left. The next morning, I had a large puddle of oil on my driveway and oil dripping from the under carriage. Returned to the location immediately when they looked at the car. The oil drain plug was not properly tightened and the employee said it was now properly tightened and oil leak fixed. This is basic car maintenance. Not impressed and don’t have confidence that an oil change can be done properly. Will not return
