They wrecked my engine by dropping a cap and not telling me so I drove off and the oil exploded all over the engine compartment. Stickland team in Palatine came to my rescue and the same guys are still there doing ace work with friendly prompt service so you can drive away knowing you and your car or good to go. They are pros that care! Thank you!

- DSDan SJan 4, 20262.0They couldn't figure out how to change the oil on my Mazda 3, and told me the drain plug was seized, but it wasn't, it was just a cold day. They get two stars because at least they let me know the couldn't do it instead of breaking my car. The other oil change place down the road was able to do it with zero problems a week later, so clearly this place didn't know what they were talking about. It's a shiney new building but the unknowledgeable techs really let it down. If you still insist on going here, there are coupons on their website which are basically a requirement to pull the prices back down to normal. $80 is the going rate for full synthetic everywhere else, and with the coupon it brings this place down to that price too.
- ETEric TurtonDec 15, 20251.0Went in yesterday for an oil change. They told me the drain plug was stripped and was unable to be removed therefore they couldn’t actually do the oil change. I left very disappointed, only to make it about a half mile down the road and smelled something burning and saw smoke coming from my hood. I pulled over and turned the car off and there was oil all over the top of my engine. I let it sit for 5 minutes then checked to make sure everything was tightened. I returned to the store and they said that the new guy forgot to full tighten the oil filter back on. Then they “cleaned it”. I brought it to the dealership this morning and they were absolutely shocked by the insane mess that was left. This was an insanely stupid mistake by a rookie that almost cost me my car. It’s a jeep grand Cherokee with 27,000 miles on. So that would’ve been a massive loss. The only thing the manager offered me was 50% off my next oil change. Absolutely terrible. Highly don’t recommend. Stay away from this place.
