    I felt the service was alright for what it is. The appointment was the easiest part of the process. For someone making an appointment, make sure you plan ahead with your move and it will make the process easy. The day of pick up, it took a little longer than expected but I’m not sure if the guy helping me and my dad was new or not; so I’ll give benefit of the doubt. In the end I was told if I returned the truck under 3 hours, it would the hourly rate, but I was actually charged even more than the daily rate that was going on at the time - $30/day and I was charged $40.40. I tried calling after my move to understand the charge but no operators were available at the time I called and I couldn’t leave a general message like the auto attendant suggests.

    What a terrible experience!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! We had a 9:00am reservation and at 10:00am we still didn’t have a truck. At 9:45 a man comes in and gets his truck immediately. We attempted to cancel, but would have been charged $100!!! There was zero attempt at any level of customer service. If I could give zero stars I would!!
