The workmanship is always top-notch, but I’ll have to say that the customer Service is above and beyond any experience I’ve had dealing with shops like this. I am new to The camper life and Ryan And his team were upfront and honest with me about the equipment I have and what I needed for a safe trip out west. Ryan even went on a test drive with me to help me understand The difference between my old hitch and new hitch as well as my new breaking controls for my camper. I cannot say enough good things about shops like this because it’s really about the customer experience and feeling safe. at the end of the day. Great job guys! Thank you so much!

I complained about it multiple times, and with every use there's something else annoying about it. Yesterday, my bike either got or almost got damaged trying to adjust everything to get the bike to fit properly on it. Will have someone at a bike shop examine the spokes. If you have a girl's bike, you'll have problems. I wrote a one star review through the manufacturer's website, but have not seen it published yet.

Had the hitch installed today and even got a new bike rack. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and they walked me through how to attach the rack and use the rack. Wish they were a little easier to get in and out of but def recommend.
