I’ve been coming to this location for a couple of years now and they have a new manager by the name of Jamal, who is absolutely phenomenal at his job. Extremely professional, very charismatic, down to earth and extremely personable. A great asset to this location as I was not a huge fan of the previous manager.

Called at 12:30. Asked if I brought my car in now if they could be done by 3:00. They said yes. I dropped it off…. They agreed it would be compete by 3:00. I arrived promptly at 3:00. At 3:45 told me 35 more minutes. How…?? Why did I rush back from work …?? Don’t lie. You Lost my business. For good. No respect for people’s time. Also 3 of the last 3 times I’ve been here you tell me I have a nail in my tire. Then proceed to ask if I drive in construction. No …. In your shop. That’s where the nails on the ground are!!!!

Was able to get in right away with no reservation for a break change. Jamal was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Even took me in the back to have the mechanic Dino show me and further explain things I had concerns about. Great service. Definitely recommend.
