The service advisor was nice and didn't try to up sell me at all. Will be back and recommend them to others. Very professional and had a great waiting room.

The palatine location front desk employees always treat me with respect . Today Justin looked at some photos from another shop that could not put tires on my rims. Justin kept me at location and got all the work done with no issue no worries and all confidence. Everyone here gone the extra mile for me but today they open schedule for me they took in two cars . One car oil change Chevy equinox. One car oil change , replace stud, pit new tires on new rims. With in a few hours I’m out . Thank you always Belle crew . I will be back … 👏🏼🥳 One photo posted of my new wheels . Unfortunately to cold out yo wash car . Wheels look great . 👍🏻

They estimated a 45 minute wait time but it took only 25 minutes! I also appreciated the TV was on program and NOT the news. Clean new comfy seating and high top work stations w/outlets if using a laptop. Definitely the cleanest, most relaxed, well appointed waiting area of any tire shop I’ve seen.
